A soft dock pedestal lamp helps night docking demos when the glow stays on the pedestal — never blinding ankle sensors or wrapping the foot joints.

Optimus dock pedestal lamp clear of ankle sensors and joints

  1. Place a low diffused dock lamp on or beside the charging pedestal, aimed at the dock plate — not up into the shin cameras or ankle rings.
  2. Keep mounts clear of foot soles, ankle flex zones, and toe sensors. No straps that wrap joint seams or cooling vents.
  3. Prefer warm soft glow at low lumen; skip bare high-power spots that wash out floor-facing sensors during approach.
  4. Run a full dock approach and undock with the lamp on. If the light shades an ankle sensor, trips a foot edge, or covers a factory status LED, move or dim it.

Silly dock fashion lights are OK when sensors and joints stay clear. Coraco Studio™ does not sell robot accessories and has no live store or affiliate checkout links yet.
